Our prestigious Diamond service is particularly suitable to parents who require a high level of involvement and support from both the London office and the family appointed to look after their son/daughter. This service includes termly visits to the school to monitor progress, attendance by the family or a member of the London office at parents’ evenings and school events, all arrangement of transport, including accompaniment to and from the airport. Fees are paid on a termly basis.

Our Gold service offers a high level of support to both students and parents. One of our experienced families, located where possible within one hour’s distance of the school, is appointed for students to stay with during exeat weekends and half terms as required. We will also arrange to visit the student within the first term to see how they are settling in, and will liaise with the school in relation to their educational progress. Arrangement of transport is included within this service. Fees are paid on a termly basis.

This service is particularly suitable for students who want the security and comfort of having a guardian family that will provide accommodation and food at exeats and weekends as required, and who have the independence and organisational skills to arrange their own transport to and from school. Students under this level of service must be able to liaise directly with their appointed family within an agreed timescale in relation to their stays. Fees are paid on a termly basis.

This service offers peace of mind to parents wanting a professional Guardianship organisation who are able to advise and support in an emergency situation only. It is available to students who do not require a family to stay with on a regular basis during the schools breaks. Fees are paid on an annual basis.

Similar to our Standby service, our University Service offers re-assurance to both parents and students that there is help and support available to those new to university life. Under this service parents have the choice of having a family appointed to their son/daughter if required. Fees are paid on a termly basis.

• Learn about the area around their school including the best places to visit, how local transport works, what shopping & leisure facilities are available
• Be advised and accompanied by a member of the family as required in order to purchase any items needed for school including school uniform, equipment and books

If required, a member of the family will also accompany students to school on their first day, helping them to settle into their room and sorting out any queries or problems that may arise.
