Returns policy
Returning orders
You may return an order within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. Gabbitas will also pay the cost of returning the order if the return is a result of our error.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged in transit (see below). Please package the relevant item securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Returns will not be accepted in cases where the order shows obvious signs of use.
Damaged items or incorrect orders
If the order was damaged in transit you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange. We will issue a refund for the cost of returning the item.
If the item is defective, eg if pages or sections are missing, you have the right to return the item within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund for the cost of returning the item.
If we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item), send the incorrect item back to us within 30 days and we will issue a full refund for the item and associated postage and packing costs.
