Finding the right tutor

organise suitable dates, times and a venue for you to conduct final interviews

inform candidates as to whether or not they have been successful in their application
if required, we can assist in the preparation and signing of the Contract by the successful candidate

- Preparing the job description and specification, candidate profile and proposed salary package, to be presented to potential candidates
- Conducting an initial search from our database and from local advertising to generate as many candidates as possible
- Screening CVs and preparation of a long-list of candidates, interviewing candidates (in person or via Skype, depending on the location) and preparing a profile of the candidate
- Short-list candidates for you to interview and provide you with the CVs for the short-list
