The school is housed in a fine eighteenth century mansion with an interesting history (the subject of a book, "The Beechwood Companion, the story of a House and its People" by Tim Rowe, Beechwood Park's Head of History). The facilities, however, are excellent and second to none, for today's twenty first century pupils.
In a rural setting of approximately forty acres, pupils are encouraged to enjoy the space and they make good use of the inspiring surroundings. The school's proximity to Junction 9 of the M1 means that access to London is easy and pupils benefit from numerous excursions to the metropolis as well as expeditions to many other places of interest.
On a separate site nearby, the Beechwood Park Montessori Nursery welcomes children from 2½ years.
