Gabbitas Consultant Review
The facilities are excellent and from the moment one walks through the door one senses an extremely professional atmosphere everywhere, but at the same time a fairly relaxed and extremely caring one, where individual differences and needs are catered for and pupils are taught to respect each other.
Sevenoaks is extremely well placed for train services. There are lines going north into the Kent suburbs, east across to Maidstone, and south to Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells and Hastings or across to Ashford. The schools runs a minibus service to the station, which is the opposite end of tow, and has other runs serving local villages. Gatwick and Heathrow are less than an hour away and Eurostar can be picked up at Ashford. Central London is only 30 minutes away.
The school is to be highly recommended to bright pupils. The IB is a much better preparation for Oxford and Ivy League universities because of its breadth and emphasis on thinking laterally. Its international ethos is also appreciated by such universities
